Erika grew up in the Dallas area and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication and a minor in Spanish. When not serving in ministry, Erika loves hiking, spending time with people, and being outdoors. She has several years of experience in various ministries both domestically and internationally. Erika has taught and cared for neglected children in orphanages and emergency shelters. She has also assisted the homeless and survivors of sex trafficking with building a new life. Her heart’s desire is to advocate for others in need and she enjoys her role as a teacher and advocate for refugees in the Dallas area!
